It was just a perfect match for short visits in Melbourne with extraordinarily good value for money. The staff were friendly and obliging, which really helped enhance our stay. Try to avoid peak times to get better service.

Perfect for a luxurious getaway

Had a nice afternoon tea, the staff were so friendly and attentive, it really made my mom feel like royalty. The Maitre De provided amazing service that just added to the experience.

Wasn't exactly inexpensive, but worth it.

Comfortable stay with great location

My husband and I enjoyed our stay, as the location was perfect being so close to the theater. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. However, the restaurant's closure on a Saturday night was disappointing, as we were tired from traveling and didn't want to go out again.
